One morning I woke up with a terribly painful stiff neck. It loosened up after a couple of days, but I noticed that I would wake up with numbness in my arms. I hoped it would go away, but it got progressively worse. I began waking in the night with arms and hands that were so painful and numb that I would cry! I began to fear falling asleep because I knew I would wake up in pain. People that I had talked to would tell me that I had a bad case of carpal tunnel. Being a house painter who uses her hands in many strenuous tasks, I knew they were right. I've known a number of people who had surgery on their hands; some have had several with no healing results. The description of the procedure terrified me and being without health insurance, I knew I was facing a huge problem. Due to lack of sleep, near constant pain and fear, I became pretty ﾓblueﾔ about the whole situation. I prayed for help. Prayer was answered when Dr. Martin's call came offering free x-rays and initial exam. Because I play hard and work hard, and am human, my spine is quite subluxated. At first I had daily adjustments. After 1 week I am so thrilled to say that I had my first nights sleep in months! I am so thankful for chiropractic care, for these Doctors, for relief from my pain, and that because of their affordable plans I am a much happier and productive person. When I initially went to Rochester Chiropractic Center I had been struggling with hypothyroidism, anxiety and sleeplessness. I had pain between my shoulder blades and tension headaches. I received regular adjustments and did my at home care as suggested by Dr. Chad Martin and Dr. Todd Shelton. Within the first year my thyroid function balanced out and I stopped taking the medication which was creating an extra electrical pulse on the top and bottom of my heart. I no longer struggle with low thyroid, anxiety and sleeplessness. Chiropractic care has helped my nervous system to function optimally! Thank you Rochester Chiropractic Center...I appreciate you!

I just want to thank both of you for saving my life! It was my lucky day when you stopped me at the fair. Your treatments have taken away my arthritis pain, given me more energy and helped me to handle the stresses in my life. My only regret is not knowing before how and why chiropractic care works. I spent such a miserable summer in pain and on medicine, all for nothing. Well, all that is in the past so now on to the future. I hope and pray we have a good long-term relationship. I thank God every day for getting us together. You both have a very caring attitude towards your patients and it is greatly appreciated. You have a very caring, friendly and courteous staff. No matter when I call they say come right in even if I mess up your schedules. Now if the insurance company would wise up and pay more I'd really be a happy camper. Before I started chiropractic care, I had several health problems, besides a bad back. I have suffered for most of my life with allergies, asthma, migraines, A.D.D. and depression. I have had these problems for about 15 years. My asthma and allergies always affected my sports, my migraines were would get so intense that I couldn’t lift my head off of my pillow, and my A.D.D. and depression got so bad that I couldn’t function in everyday life. I use to see my primary doctor 2-3 times a month or more. The basic options I was given is to take medication. Within 6 months this is what I was on: Asthma and allergies- Azmacort, Albuterol, Beconase, Benadryl Migraines- Imatrex A.D.D.- Adderall Depression- Serzone, Amitriptyline Most of these are stimulants and were used 2-4 times a day. I had gotten to the point that I couldn’t sleep! I started chiropractic care just over one year ago, due to falling off my horse. I was given a brochure on chiropractic and what it does. I decided to try it for optimum health; I was tired of feeling the way that I did, so I gave it a chance. My migraines are completely gone! It feels great to get just a headache, and I know that all I need to do is get an adjustment and it will go away. I haven’t had to use my asthma or allergy medications for over 7 months. My primary doctor has continued to check my lungs and they are clear. I have been able to return to sports. I am down to one depression
