Heritage House Realty was great to work with. Not only did they help me find a great new home; they also helped me get a great deal. They were able to get the seller to pay for my closing costs, needed repairs, and come down substantially on the original asking price.

We live out of state and worked with Leah Vincent at Heritage House Realty with the purchase of our house. She kept us well informed of any issues that came up and guided us in the right direction each time we asked for her assistance. In every step of the process she put us, as her clients, first and that's really all we look for.

We are first time rental property owners and we were fortunate to use Heritage House Realty. From the very beginning our Real Estate Agent went above and beyond her duties, as our agent, to assure us that she was looking out for our best interest. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a home to contact Heritage House Realty to assist you in your real estate needs.
