Mark is a good guy up until he gets your money and there is no service after the sale. I had my rental house roof installed by Mark and had several issues that aggravated him. He reluctantly completed most of them. I had my neighbor contact Mark and get a new roof. He did give me a finder's fee for that. Here I sit at my house watching water drain down the walls while I have been trying to get him to re-roof or repair my roof and still a no-show! I called him and he was rude and even admitted it, but said he was busy and therefore couldn't return my calls, texts or come by. I am 1/2 mile off his route to go home. It's all about karma! He is riding high now, but will fail! DO NOT USE! Call a reputable company and get what you pay for!
