I've been fortunate enough to work with Paul Kondolf recently and have nothing but great things to say. He is very hard working, efficient and detail oriented. His main priority without a doubt is customer satisfaction. As scheduling conflicts came up, Paul was very understanding and accommodating of the client when others may have taken a different approach.
