Invest in real estate including property aquisition, rehab, wholesale, and rental properties. We can aid distressed homeowners and landlords. Call us! KSC Investment Properties was formed in 2005 with idea of providing affordable housing by buying homes that need some TLC, rehabbing, and selling at value leaving some instant equity for the buyer. Our business model is based upon giving value (a nice home) for fair compensation. Value is a fair return or equivalent in goods, services, or money for something in exchange. We believe we offer value through nice affordable homes, financing without banks, rent to own, and by providing instant equity in every home we provide. To the investor we can offer the chance to earn attractive returns on investments through short term lending. The average person can become an investor by using his or her IRA or 401(k) as allowed in the US Tax code. Finally we want You to remember us by our value
