I called Shawn @ Puget Sound Computer Repair at 4:30pm on Sunday and he answered his phone and even meant me down at his office so he would have my computer ready Monday for me. I needed a power adapter for my laptop before I left for Thanksgiving and Radio shack wanted 80.00 for a universal one which I found expensive. I googled computer repair in Olympia and Puget Sound Computer Repair showed up. I went to there store and they had the exact adapter for 19.99 and they even helped speed the laptop up. We came in with what is called the "FBI" Virus!! It took over our whole computer! In short Mike said he could take care of it and said not to worry! All of my data was GONE! I guess after talking with Mike, it's something this virus does and boy, I sure thought I lost everything! I went shopping down at Costco and Mike called and said the laptop was ready! He not only took the virus off but the computer was MUCH MUCH faster than it has ever been, even when it was new! I had a pretty big problem with my laptop, and it was taken care of by Shawn and Mike pretty quick. They really go the EXTRA mile to connect with their customers. Messing with my desktop computer for fun really made it easy to relate with these guys. That being my hobby, I know a little here and there about machines.
