Had my roof inspected prior to owning my home. The roof that was just completed by this company had issues. It was spongy and had low spots. I was told by Alex that the roof was fine and he guaranteed it would not leak. Two days later it rained and the water came through my ceiling. Not only did he not fix the damage, he tried to claimed it came from a window that was not anywhere close to the leak. He finally admitted it came through the roof, but did not fix the damage.
