Nelson's vision of a fine wine and spirits establishment in the Waterbury area has been realized. Nelson is a native to Waterbury, who graduated Holy Cross HS, and went on to become a Maitre Sommelier Diplome in France in 1987. He moved to Miami and became an instructor of Wine Technology, and opened The Good Life Wine,Spirits, and Gourmet in Delray Beach.
