We planned a nice trip to visit family in the Midwest and were searching for a pet sitting service that provided in-home service so we wouldn't have to board our pets, which is never good. Fortunately, Our Pet & Plant Care was able to fit us into their schedule with no problem for twice a day visits. They seem very professional because they asked for a lot of details...everything from medical history to types of toys and who to contact incase I got amnesia and Sally would need more long term care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Our Pet & Plant Care. We checked their reference, read lots of reviews. They had their act together when they came to do an initial consult with us at our house. They had a copy of their insurance, Seattle business license and proof of their Red Cross certification in Pet First Aid and CPR. Impressive! They created a wonderful blog we could access while we were traveling, uploaded photos and a couple videos, wrote daily updates about what happened during the visits and walks. The brought in the mail, watered our plants, rotated our lights, TV/Radio, etc. To top it off, when we came home, they left a wonderful hand written note for our son telling him how much fun it was to spend time with his pets. We couldn't be more pleased.
