Used car salesman have a bad rep for a reason, they tend to make promises to you while you're buying a car, but after the sale is made and you drive off really believing they will help you if you have any problems with the car you just bought from them (NOT) We got many excuses why they can't/won't help us when our car (from Bass motors) stop running, Josh seems to blame it on Ben for leaving him in charge of the company and Ben is always not there. Anyway, all said and done, we had to have our car towed outta town to be serviced and Bass Motors WILL NOT offer a loaner car or any kind of help with this situation. I'm sorry but I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with this car lot, unless you think you can convince Ben & Josh to do business a bit differently. Care to know/hear more ? Ben and his staff are wonderful to work with. I purchased a 2001 PT Cruiser from him about a year ago and not having the best credit in the world, They were still able to get me financed through an actual bank. The car runs great and hasn't given me any problems! If you haven't checked out Bass Motors, stop in and talk to Ben, if he can help you he will, if not, he will tell you the reasons why and what steps you can take to correct the issues so that he can help you later on. The vehicle selection is always changing so I'm sure you will find something that you like.
