Amazing company! Rob was a very honest guy who really showed he cared about the customer. He arrived on time for my estimate and thoroughly examined what the problem was. After he assessed, I thought he left and I had another company also come for an estimate. Turns out he actually was getting prices for me in his car because our issue was urgent he wanted to get me the estimate right away, WOW! We had water flowing through our electrical panel from our outside hook-up. We had to have electrical panel moved over and a new wire run over our garage rafters instead of under our slab into our basement. I have been cheated before by other companies who were out for money so I have been leery since. I could tell by Rob's demeanor and insight he was sincere. But just just in case I did get estimates from other companies. I was correct about Rob. He was honest about trying to save me money and he did. One company in town first told me on the phone the job would be $5,000. Then when I told them I was getting other estimates they changed their tune to around $3,000-shady! Another company wanted $2,700. Rob's estimate was a cool $1,700; talk about helping out your customer. We did have some unexpected additions to the cost because of the city inspectors requests/additions. But even for this Rob was very understanding and tried to help out with the cost the best he could to be fair. In the end the cost was $2,000 saving
