Thankfully, the newest kitchen & pastry shop in Sugar Land, Texas is giving us a taste of the Mediterranean without the jet lag. We not only get the full selection of traditional pastries we love, but now there is also a kitchen serving up authentic healthy food, using only the finest ingredients for the best flavor. The chefs bring us family recipes all the way from their homeland. At Baklava Cafe, Suzie creates authentic healthy cuisine like she is cooking for her family at home, and Nabil's 30 years in the business perfecting the pastry techniques is apparent in the delicious pastries. Everything is created in-house: like the aromatic dishes hummus, gyros, shawarma, falafel, colorful salads and delicious mezze (appetizers). Enjoy!
