They installed new and expensive system in 2016 and performed periodic maintenance and occasional repair since then. Previous visit less that 3 months ago to diagnose improper cooling. Storm Sat night knocked out AC. I called early Sun and was promised same day repair. Checked with Tech in the evening and he apologized about not being able to make it but promised he would ensure early Mon morning that I got priority help. When I called the Office Monday I was told by the scheduler that Management had decided to stop servicing my area and there was nothing she could do. At my request, she promised to have the Manager call me. Nobody ever did. DO NOT USE THEM - they don't deserve the 1 star I was forced to check.
