Mental health counseling for individuals, couples, parents, families, adolescents, children, and groups. As a licensed counselor, I work with adults, children, and youth in order to help them manage depression, anxiety, stress, relationship issues, and other issues that impact daily life. My style is integrative; I utilize cognitive, pastoral, supportive, behavioral, educational, and collaborative counseling strategies according to my client's needs. I believe counseling is a partnership, and work with clients to help them make the changes they want to make in their lives. Overall, I strive to provide professional, affordable, client-centered counseling to all persons regardless of background, age, gender, social status, spiritual belief, sexual orientation, or ethnicity.
