Ordered a dress in April for an event in June...opened the package and the one main seam was completely separated. Very poor workmanship! What's worse is that upon contacted Modern Vintage, they refused to do anything about it, because I waited more than 14 days to contact them. Very poor (almost arrogant) customer service. Will never shop here again!

I ordered from a sale they had so I understand a slower turn around. But it's been two weeks since I placed my order (10/9). I received an email saying it was shipped but the tracking number showed nothing on 10/15. Then on 10/20 I received another email saying my order was "ready to ship but needed a physical address instead of PO, I replied immediately. On 10/22, I was received another email saying they refunded a dollar amt of my order, so I emailed to see what was going on. The item was out of stock which is understandable. I also asked the status of my order and reiterating how bad this online experience was turning out to be and was told the item would be SHIPPED that day (10/22) but otherwise, a very MINIMAL, non apologetic response. You can not leave a review on their Facebook page, so I posted a comment about the poor customer service and slow turn around and they deleted it. I will be calling today to see if my order was actually shipped and if not, I will be cancelling it in full as the way the situation was handled was not professional.
