don't know who this lady in the San Antonio office when I called this morning. But hopefully she and whoever read this. I was told to email to send them my address so they can send my W-2 form to the address. I was do I was told. So somebody email me back and said that it will be sent out by the January 31. Today is Feb 13 I still haven't received my W-2. I stay in Houston Texas and I called the San Antonio office. Now this unprofessional lady from the San Antonio office that I've called this morning. She has a nasty attitude. She didn't tell me how much longer will it be or where my W-2 form will be sent from. Stop being unprofessional over the phone. I even ask for her supervisor name after she didn't want to give me her name. She hung up on me. Sweetie people work too hard for their money. People have kids, bills and etc to take care of. Don't play with people's money. I see somebody try to erase my review. But I will put it on more than just this one.
