Contracts with Residential home owners to remodel their homes. We are a state licensed contracting company. In the past we have specialized in small home repairs, under $10k. Repairs ranged from fixing leaking faucets to cutting and pouring new concrete in driveways. In addition, we have worked with Realtors who needed estimates and repair work done for buyers, sellers and out of town landlords as well as investors on tight budgets. Moving forward we believe an opportunity will exist for projects that cut energy cost for home owners, working with local housing deparments and partner with insurance companies to help its clients rebuild from losses.
