I recommend 110% Superior to anyone looking for an honest, hard working family oriented co. They have been my mgmt for over 6 years and have never steered me wrong, They also have helped me to purchase other properties that are GOOD investments instead of bad ones like most people who THINK they are investors do. If my properties were in need of work or a new furnace etc they always were right there to get me a payment plan to help with my costs. Yes at times their prices may seem to be slightly higher than other mgmt co.'s however I have always had the piece of mind knowing the units would be fixed right the first time, and that I would get a good quality tenant, I have had a few mgmt co's & have friends that had even more than myself and not a one of them do what Superior does to screen & qualify tenants, I own 15 units and all of them are filled and the last time I had a vacancy was 1 year ago and I didn't lose any $ because Kelly got right on top of it and got a new fantastic tenant to move in right after the previous tenant moved out. I get my statements & $ when promised. If a unit isn't rented by Superior than please know that it was 99.9% chance that is wasn't Superior's fault but rather the situation in which Superior was given, for example: no off street parking will take a mgmt company a while to get rented unless that mgmt co just places tenants into a unit, Superior is not about that, it is better to have a vacancy than to have horrible tenants.
