One the worst mail order experiences I have had. I placed 3 orders. #1 came as promised #2 they failed to send in a timely fashion I cancelled it. #3 was for 100 tulips I received 75 daffodils. When I informed them of this and asked for a refund I was told I would need to send back the daffodils. That's not how the law works let alone customer service works. I am under no obligation to fix your mistake. You are obligated to send me what I purchased in a timely fashion. Having done neither you must return my money. If this project wasn't to honor ,my dead dad I would have laughed. Who asks someone to leave their house in the middle of a pandemic to send them 75 daffodils. that's not how the law works.
