BCS is a good company. Reza is a fantastic salesperson and has a very high attebntion to detail. The installer Mario was also professional.
The whole experience with BCS went smoothly, until I got to work Monday to find that none of our phones worked.
Projects like these tend to have hick-ups, and I'm glad they drove out to help us. Mario was great. It only took them 3 hours to get our phones working. I hope this is just an initial set up glitch and that things will improve.
The phones sound great and some nice features.
