I have had to date an overall problematic and very troubling experience with this particular law firm. The two name partners; Noah Schafler and Katrina Camera are just that; names on the letterhead. They in no way deal with or have any interactions with their clients. The way that this firm works is that they delegate everything to paralegals. I've never even spoken to or met either one of the two name partners. The only bright spot in this outfit has been my dealings with Stephanie. She is for the most part responsive, and usually easy to get in contact with. Unfortunately however she happens to be the exception not the rule. Other members of this firm in particular Fred, Ms. Jackie Wright, Ms. Emily Plucienik and a Ms. Sabrina Migliarese have been extremely rude, condescending, unresponsive and unknowledgeable about my case when I've sought assistance from them and have even hung the phone up on me. This particular law firm has made me feel even more horrible about having to deal with lawyers than I have already had. This firm gives lawyers and the legal profession in general a bad name. BEWARE
