c. angels puppies run by charles aka charlie w. pluta in woodbine Iowa is a horribly run puppy mil. i asked to view the area where the dogs are kept and was denied access. he claims that your puppy is current on vaccinations but upon doing research i am not the only one who has major issues with the puppy having worms and ear mites. it cost a lot to get the puppy to be in a healthy condition. this man has refused our payment for the puppy and instead filed a court case wanting the dog to be returned to him. why would a man want an 8 month old puppy returned to him rather than accepting the money... this breeder is running a HUGE scam. i would NEVER purchase from him again!! ii can provide proof of purchase, the payment made in full that he has refused to accept along with the court documents he has filed.

I bought a Morkie puppy from C Angels and had a wonderful experience. My puppy came to me healthy and full of energy. Charlie was so kind and helpful. I love my puppy. She is growing like a weed and makes me smile everyday. I would definitely buy another puppy from C Angels. If your looking for an adorable, healthy puppy then buy from C Angels.
