Never use Winter-Coronado Associates. It started well enough. Carlos Coronado and Jeff Winter gave me an estimate for my project and we signed a contract. As the project deadline approached, Carlos Coronado came to me asking for tens of thousands of dollars over the contract price because Carlos Coronado said Winter-Coronado Associates had underestimated the cost of the project. I gave Winter-Coronado Associates the extra money because I wanted my house finished. Then, after my family moved back in, the house failed inspection. Carlos Coronado came back to me demanding $35,000 more or Winter-Coronado Associates won’t finish my house. That is where we stand today. Do NOT use these guys. They are not honest.
