Susan Grounds is a town drunk who takes your personal information to vet you before you move in, and then harasses and threatens you and your family daily while ignoring her fiduciary responsibility she is bound to through the lease. BE WARNED!!! If you hear the name Grounds Properties RUN the other way fast! A shame to Jenks.
