Gingersnaps is an independent and locally owned cafe that serves a variety of healthy sandwiches, soups, salads, specialty coffee and smoothies. Our sandwiches are made fresh every time. That means we are not a fast food restaurant but the short wait is worth it. Our chicken salad, tuna salad, and egg salad are made from scratch. Check out our menu on our web site. Our specialty coffee drinks are also prepared from freshly ground espresso. We use Dr. Smoothie 100% fruit smoothies that have no caffieine and no high fructose corn syrup. We have a variety of desserts that include cakes, cheesecakes, fruit pizza, and a variety of cookies that includes our homemade gingersnaps!
