On 12-20-16 I have first appointment to do MRI ( Right shoulder MRI W/ Arthrogram) at 2pm on Unicare Locted at 7007 North Frey , I call above office to asked questions about Appointment I recived answer said we don't have technician on 12-20-16 and she reschedule to 12-23/16 at 2pm ,I agree , I arrived to office befor one Ohure from my appointment, I surprise when Front desk lady said the technician out said Town on Vacation !!!!!! And I don't know which one schedule your appointment ?! I spent 45 minutes to get office , suppose she call me and and reschedule my second appointment I stay 10 days without treatment , and my primary doctor call Lucy Perez to let her know about my case. I arrived thirty minutes early and was told that the technician was in court and would be thirty minutes late. The receptionist was very nice. Then all hell broke loose! The women in the X-ray room all openly discussed what positions I should be for each X-ray and each seemed to have a different suggestion. It was like they were unsure of what they were doing. The it got worse! The late X-ray technician lay me flat on my back on the MRI machine without support under my legs with a pillow, which meant I was stuck with the lower half of my legs hanging off the table and my back arched like a bow for over thirty minutes. My arms were also falling asleep. He never stopped to check on me for thirty minutes or more. I was in such pain that he had to help me up from the table. I immediately cancelled my next scheduled MRI. My daughter told me, "That's what you get for going to that ghetto looking place."
