Do not hire Andres de la Riva. He took a deposit and then disappeared. He promised to finish the job I hired him to do, within 3 weeks. After 12 weeks, I cannot get a hold of him. We schedule a couple appointments and he never showed up. I was forced to file an extension on my tax return and went to work with a real accountant. He values his reputation at $200 dlls. That's the amount I paid to him and he decided to run with it at the expense of his reputation.
