Had the owner Jim Godfroy come out to the house and quote a small job for a hot tub install. He wrote up a contract we agreed on the cost and end date needed done. The project was a disaster from the beginning getting contractors lined up. Jim charged me 20% more beyond the estimate we agreed on. I ended up having to find my own electrician and fence installer to complete the project. Meanwhile its been a month past due and then he quit after i wouldn't give him anymore money. Headed to small claims court now. Watch out he's a fraud.
