Wm Swales refuses to honor his one-year warranty on work to my home. The wooden floor "pops" when it is walked on, the crown molding needs a touch up and the kitchen cabinets need attention. My emails recently began going to spam and my phone calls are not returned. I am terribly upset that he will not stand by his work or honor his warranty. Can you help me to get in touch with him?
