Desert State Heating & Air SCAMMER ALERT! DO NOT USE NATHAN! Our AC went out on 8/24 and he came and said he could do the work on the 26th-27th. After over a week of excuses he STILL hasn't finished!He took half the money so we have been stuck in 108+ degree temps! After another no show on 9/2 we were able to have someone come look at the mess we were in and found out he KNOWINGLY installed a cheaper unit but charged us for the top of the line. We have contacted our lawyer and filed a complaint on his ROC. I plan to spend the next part of my immediate future trying to shut him down so he doesn't do this to another family. I have all the messages to prove he shouldn't be in business. HE EVEN TRIED TO HIDE THE BRAND WITH A STICKER AND REMOVED UNIT BRAND PLATES. I have messages, pictures and videos to prove all of it.

Nathan Tallant, owner and operator of Desert State Heating and Air likes to leave 5 star reviews for himself below. Oops! Do not EVER contact the "team" at Desert State Heating and Air unless you want empty promises, excuses, guilt tripping, lies, cigarette butts left in your yard, poor welding, leaking pipes, wrong wiring, weeks without AC, months without heat, etc. Literally the worst "company" I've ever dealt with. It's a miracle Nathan has his contractors license with the poor EVERYTHING he provided us. A joke and a waste of time

DESERT STATE HEATING AND AIR LLC, owned and operated by Nathan Tallant, is by far the worst customer service of any business we have ever used. If anyone doubts this, then please just go to Yelp reviews and read what others have to say about this guy. A great example of the disingenuous nature of this company, please note the name of the reviewer on this very site, who provides ten stars and a glowing review, it is the owner and sole operator of this failed nightmare of a company Nathan Tallant. No need to further review Desert State Heating and Air, the very nature of scamming the review sites is appalling enough, he is absolutely horrendous
