If I could give this company less than one star I would. This company has the worst customer service. The daughter, Marianna Judd, who takes phone calls and bookings is the rudest person. She snaps at customers on the phone and refuses to work with customers if there is an issue with how they clean something or a scheduling conflict. This company does not care about making sure the job is done well and the customers are happy. I hired them to clean my house which is very organized but was dusty. It would have been an easy house to clean. They refused to wipe down the walls during a deep clean and left areas untouched on shelves and in the bathroom. When contacted, they refused to come back to redo anything. I would have had them redo it at the time they were here, but they left without telling me they were done. I also had a scheduling conflict with the next booking (I was trying to let them redeem themselves) but they could care less. I was told that they had other customers more important, and they were not willing to accommodate my schedule. When I told them I may have to find someone else to clean my house going forward, I was hung up on. Luckily, I was able to find another cleaning service quickly and who is affordable and customer service oriented. Goodbye Rosario Rosas Cleaning!
