Brett is very down-to-earth, looks at a problem and goes for the simplest solution that will truly solve it. Knows his stuff, and in one hour solved 4 problems. Another time, when we had a cast iron pipe from 2nd floor to basement, it cracked, and he had it out and replaced in a matter of two hours (with one helper). Outstanding plumber!!
