Shane was recommended to me by a truck rental company. I booked a job through a combination of text messages and phone calls. When I finally met Shane and his helper I mentioned I had booked them because of the respectful manner that characterized his communication. I had no idea that his business was called "Courteous Movers" when I said that. And they did a great job at a fair price. When two pieces of furniture were not ready to be moved, they offered to come back and no charge when they were ready. Can't beat that!
