Our family's Schoolhouse wine tasting room and vineyard in Avila Valley are both just a mile from the Pacific Ocean. Specialty foods served daily. Indulge in our Salisbury wine and fine art at the Schoolhouse in Avila Valley. This historic structure is a symbol of our family history, as we have farmed in California since 1850. Our 35 acres of luscious Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Pinot Grigio, cool climate Syrah, and newly planted Albarino thrive in the maritime climate of Avila Valley. While our 10 acres of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel rely on the warmer climate of Paso Robles, all acres farmed using sustainable techniques. Salisbury Fine Art Gallery showcases the work of nationally recognized artists and the shows rotate every eight weeks. Now serving gourmet Italian sandwiches and salads daily from "ByScotti".
