We paid for a “quick quarter cow” from Boutwell Farms that was never delivered. We have attempted to resolve this by phone and email. Melissa Boutwell reported that her husband was in the hospital, so we extended time for delivery that put us past our Paypal option for refund. We are thinking through our legal options at this point. This could still be resolved with delivery of the beef, but Melissa is not responding to our emails or phone messages in spite of still selling beef online. What’s sad is that when I first looked for reviews of this farm, they were very good but now have found many customers with same problem with no delivery after payment. If anyone has suggestion for how to resolve this issue, we would appreciate a contact.
