This company has all kind of low IQ builders and architects. So many cracks on the walls so a lot of insects come from outside. I asked my neighbors and they all have same issues like I do. Dish washing machines are not stable due to bad brackets installed, sink leaking, keep calling them to have it fixed but still leaking after repairs. In the master bedrooms they put 2 doors next to each others, so you cant open them at both time, washing machine was located on the right of drying machine, they supposed to be reversed. Not only stupid building skills but also organization of appliances. If you want to sign contract with this company you should consider before making decision,
