I told Tom all I want done was the small repair done and nothing else. 7 days after him having my vehicle I called him to check in. He said he hasn't really had time to look at it. I called him every week after that for the next 3 weeks and every time I called he kept saying I fixed this and since I'm fixing this I will fix this too or I assumed I would fix this for you too! After him having my vehicle for over a month. He charged me twice as much as a mechanic plus had my vehicle for over a month and he should have only had it for a week or less! My girlfriend and I were extremely upset and have taken our vehicles to masterminds in coeur d alene idaho and they are fast, friendly and actually care! Plus they don't talk about themselves and they don't make you feel less than!
