If you're looking for a guy that takes forever and does a half-a** job, this is your guy. I had damage to one side of my tail gate, guess what he does? He made the repairs and then painted half the tail gate! Then told me he didn't have time to fool with that when I asked him why he didn't paint the other half. He has absolutely no concept of taking pride in his work. I wouldn't let this guy work on my bicycle, much less another one of my automobiles.
