We are Real Estate Managers & Consultants, & Accredited Management Organization (AMO) as recognized by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM). Oakwood Management is a third party management company located in Columbus, Ohio, and serving the greater Columbus Metro area. We have maintained the title of largest multifamily housing mgmt company in Columbus for over ten years. The reason for our continued success is simple. We are large enough to offer the benefits of a national company while still providing the attention afforded a local company. Our unique corporate structure and diverse management personnel allow us to maximize returns on all property types, including class A, B, and C properties along with tax credit and low income ventures and small commercial developments. We are a very active member of the Columbus Apartment Association and National Apartment Association.
