Specialized Roofing and Insulation, Inc. (SR&I) is a South Carolina based Roofing & Insulation Contractor licensed in SC and NC. As our name implies, our company is "specialized" and focused on the specific type of work it performs. The company has four separate divisions that provide these specialized services for our clients. They include: Roofing, Insulation, Skylights and Maintenance. As the company has grown we have adapted work to secure strong bonds and relationships with not only our clients but our manufacturer's and suppliers. The management philosophy undertaken at SR&I is simply stated as "The best fertilizer is the farmer's footsteps." In short, our ownership and management are actively involved with each project to ensure both code and manufacturer specification compliance. This philosophy requires management to be on our project sites as much as they are in the office.
