Mid Inc. was contracted to deliver the appliances I purchased from Home Depot. After 2 telephone calls from the driver, he got lost and never showed up. He never called me back. I called him twice and my all went straight to voicemail. The gentleman at the office was very unprofessional and said he's not responsible for the driver. I wasted an entire Saturday and the earliest my appliances could be rescheduled was Wednesday. Home Depot has lost my future business because of Mid Inc. of Va. Upon delivery on Wednesday, the driver would not wait 10 minutes for us to remove a corroded valve so he did not install my washer. Very rushed, extremely unsatisfied. I sure hope Home Depot fires this company.
