We specialize in assisting our clients with first understanding their internal document costs and then advising on how to lower them. Gartner Group tells us that companies are overspending on their internal cost for documents, in fact it will cost the average company up to 3% of their overall revenues to copy and print annually. Illinois Business Systems are experts with assisting our clients in understanding their document expenses, then consulting them with industry best practices. Finally we outline a roadmap to increase productivity and drive down internal costs and manage the process on a go forward basis. Taking printing problems off IT's plate is another major benefit for our clients, we provide a mini help desk of sorts. The software allows the devices to communicate with our service department thus allowing IBS to get devices on line and communicate a closed ticket to the IT department.
