We could not have a higher regard for Tim and his work. We were in a dire situation in August of 2011 on highway 299 heading for Oregon. One of the tires on the trailer shredded and tore out wires and cables on the kitchen side of the trailer. Tim kept in contact with us directing us to a RV park, we are from the Sacramento area and had no idea where to go. He came out to our site and went above and beyond to do the repair and get us back on the road. By the way, this was the first full day of our two week vacation!! We had no further problems. Thank You again ShastaRV!!!
