The Bankruptcy Law Group is located in two locations (Stockbridge & Conyers) in the metro Atlanta area. We file chapter 7 and chapter 13 bankruptcies We only file chapter 7 bankruptcy or chapter 13 bankruptcy. You can get a chapter 7 filed most times with $306 if paying filing fees and attorneys fees in full. If you need to make payment arrangements most times you can get your case filed for $356 down with the rest of your attorneys fees paid off over 4 months.
For chapter 13 bankruptcies, most times you can start off with as little as $115 down. However, this is dependant on several factors we will discuss when you call. Attorneys fees are paid from the bankruptcy trustee but will be disclosed once we have had an in-person free consultation and have reviewed your situation.
