Guy Takes care of my shopping center like never before. He is on top of all payments and maintenance. This is truly a hands on management company with all the personal touches needed to get to know each and every Tenant. They have made my Tenants happier than ever – They finally stopped complaining (it helps that monthly CAM payments have been lowered because of smaller operational costs). I would recommend GL Commercial Property Management to anybody seeking a professional company that will give you a correct reading on the pulse of the shopping center.
