Authentic Italian food I was born and raised in a small town, San Marco di Castellabate, located 30 miles south of Salerno, Italy. I was always surrounded by cooks within my family, and developed a great passion for authentic Italian cuisine. I have worked along with my mother in our restaurant in San Marco and also worked as a head chef in restaurants in Philadelphia, New Jersey and Delaware.
