Lentz Spelt Farms, inc. grows non-GMO ancient grains in the sunny Columbian Plateau of eastern Washington state. We grow non-GMO USDA certified organic ancient grains. Additionally, we offer non-GMO conventionally grown spelt. We were established in the year 2000 with a novel idea to grow spelt on a small farm in Marlin, Washington, and have expanded to include the rest of the farro family: emmer and einkorn. We now include black nile barley and Lena camelina seeds to our exciting mix of organic products! Our grains are protected private varieties that have adapted themselves to our climate and soil conditions. As always, they are non-GMO. Come to the farm for the better staff of life!
