Refused to respond to 2 faulty parts sent to me. Instantly blocked me and stuck me with over $100 in faulty parts. I this is how he treats a repeat customer, I WOULD BE VERY WARY as new customer. Heaven forbid that you have any issues. SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE: I have bought many items over the last 3 years as I service a laundry chain. I ordered 2 coin mechs and at first only noticed a missing screw an post that mounts the coin mech to the body and the dime half was blocked and could not work. They refunded $10 out of $105. I epoxied the missing post and after installing noticed that the coin ejector was broken. So I pulled out the second coin mech and immediately noted that the dime slug rejection weight was on the quarter half and no weight on the dime, it also had the dime slot glued over. I mentioned that I could build one out of both and would appreciate if he could refund full for one with a return. I also gave the option for a full return. I was trying to save the seller money and get my clients machine working. He never responded! He instantly blocked me.

Great experience and a very good source for used replacement parts at a fair price. The staff including the owner, Fred, and Michelle were very pleasant and friendly to talk about my needs. It was a nice surprise!

I've been searching for local laundromat equipment, parts, and accessories and came across this company. And honestly, I was at first hesitant to purchase from them when I saw some of the negative reviews about the bad service but still tried. I was in a hurry to replace the old model washer and dryer set right away so I called their office and talked to Fred about some recommendations and was offered a good deal for a brand new washer and dryer set. Although it took a little bit longer than expected, I was still satisfied with what I received.

Had some issues finding parts for my old washer. Called them and talked to Simon, and days later, they called me back and said they have the parts I needed and offered me a good deal, although used. I just received the parts although they are indeed used, they're working just fine. Still planning to buy from them in the future. Possibly brand new or refurbished equipment. They have varieties of it, from low capacity washers and dryers up to large capacity ones.

I'm happy and contented with my purchase here. Called them and people in here are open for conversation, plus they gave me a less for the parts and the shipping.

I had a very Bad experience absolute disgrace, not professional before sales very sweet after sales F***U they don,t care they promise all machines are in working condition and checked but absolutely false statement. General Manager ( Fred ) he does't know how to talk to the customers, Arrogant Uncivilized Unconcerned and more .......... DO NOT BUY YOU WILL REGRET LIKE ME

AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID I ordered coin machines from this firm, they arrived very late. Upon arrival, they sent us the incorrect units. We are now stuck with 3 gas dryers in lieu of the 3 electric dryers I purchased. Charles refuses to respond to our emails and calls. I am pursuing action civilly.

We have had HORRIBLE, TERRIBLE service within 123 Laundry Solutions from Fred and Charles. Very unprofessional. We ordered machines in November 2011 and were told they were good quality to only find out they are pieces of junk that we cannot put in our customer's locations. Our company has gone back and forth with Fred, Charles and whoever answers the phone for many weeks trying to get 123 Laundry to do the right thing and treat us like a customer. Fred and Charles will not return phone calls and put the women that answer the phone in the middle of their mess. Charles and Fred are business cowards or 123 Laundry is a total business scam. Needless to say, don't buy anything from them and surely they will go out of business soon. You can't do business the way they are doing and get away with it forever.
