in may of last year i bought a new water heater from lowes. a-ok was the contractor sent to install. as soon as it got cold outside i started having ventilation issues with the unit. i called a-ok and was told it was a manufacturer issue. i have since paid another company out 4 times to get my water heater working. i have been told by whirlpool that the unit was improperly installed. i called a-ok back to see if they could send someone out to my home and was told in no uncertain terms that as long as the unit passed inspection that they would not be sending anyone out even if i paid for the service call. the lady in the office was rude and unprofessional, and told me she didn't care who looked at the water heater, because a-ok had done nothing wrong. I have currently been without hot water for 3 days while lowes tries to get another installer out to my house. at a total cost of over 1200.00 i dont think it would be too much to ask for people stand behind their work. needless to say i will not be going back to lowes again, and i look forward to telling everyone, and posting on every website i can, about the awful customer service a-ok provided

I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Very unprofessional, rude and caused significant damage to my home after being called for a simple toilet not flushing properly. Service technician came with his entire face covered with tattoos and acting weird
