Remodel properties and manage them as rental units. We believe in speaking potential into various properties around the greater Canton area that may have been neglected or given up on in the past. These improvements are done well and we do our best to make our homes and apartments as energy efficient as possible. Our goal is to provide "quality rentals to quality people". The tenant screening we go through is thorough in order to put quality people into each of our units, hoping to ultimately improve upon the neighborhoods our homes are a apart of.
